The London International Model United Nations (LIMUN) High School Conference is back!
Taking place in mid-April 2027, the conference will welcome schools from around the world, bringing together young people to promote global awareness, diplomacy, and youth leadership through respectful debate and collaborative problem-solving.

Welcome to LIMUN-HS!
LIMUN-HS is an annual conference for high school students from around the world, held in Central London.
Each year, we welcome hundreds of delegates for a weekend of engaging debate, academic development, critical problem-solving, and networking with fellow students.
We are pleased to announce that LIMUN-HS Edition XI is provisionally scheduled to return from 16th–18th April 2027.

HS Connected Programmes
LIMUN-HS Tour
The LIMUN-HS Tour is an initiative designed to bring high-quality MUN training directly to students available throughout the academic year. The Tour features a free training session delivered by our team, either in schools or online, through an interactive workshop tailored to each participating student group.
The sessions cover essential MUN skills and provide delegates with personalised guidance to help them thrive at our conference. Throughout the Tour, students will have the opportunity to develop a range of transferable skills, including research, public speaking, persuasive argumentation, and much more.
The Tour is suitable for complete beginners looking to embark on their Model UN journey, as well as experienced delegates seeking to refine their skills and prepare for upcoming conferences.
Please note that the Tour is available exclusively to school delegations. If your school is interested in participating in a workshop, please contact us.
LIMUN-HS Portal
The LIMUN-HS Portal is an online training platform and resource hub available to all delegates and interested parties.
Originally devised by the Secretariat for the conference’s Eighth Edition, the Portal was completed and launched by the Ninth Edition Secretariat.
The Portal includes a range of resources, including how-to guides, FAQs, the conference Rules of Procedure, and a library of document templates.
It is also the new online home of our Connected Delegates Programme (CDP) resources, serving as the successor to the CDP, which launched in 2020 in response to the pandemic.
The Portal will be updated this year to incorporate many of the additional delegate training resources we are developing for schools through the LIMUN-HS Tour and various other initiatives.

While the LIMUN Foundation was created in 2000, it took LIMUN 16 years to launch another conference alongside the popular university conference. It came to life after a group of Trustees, Secretariat members and seasoned participants all united behind a shared goals of increasing the social impact of the charity and the diversity of the community.
The LIMUN-HS conference aims to provide an accessible starting point and an introduction to MUN to high school students, particularly those whose socioeconomic backgrounds would otherwise not afford them a chance to participate in such extracurricular projects.
While the conference has steadily grown to attract delegations from within and beyond the shores of the UK, it has remained a hub for growth and, for many, a first glimpse into the multilateral world shaped by global institutions which we share.
