How much does it cost to attend LIMUN:HS Edition IX?
Our Early Bird Fee is set at £30 with our Regular Fee set at £40. Faculty Advisors have a set fee of £25.

Where is LIMUN:HS Edition IX taking place?
LIMUN HS Edition IX will take place at King’s College London’s, continuing our partnership with their School Liaison program. Our Opening Ceremony Venue is yet to be released.

Who can attend LIMUN:HS?
LIMUN:HS is open to all high school (secondary school) students across the United Kingdom as well as internationally. LIMUN: HS is proud to host delegates from around the world. Just make sure you plan ahead for travel, visas, and accommodation.

LIMUN:HS Edition X offers a wide range of clusters to choose from, catering to their personal and career interests.

Can I attend LIMUN:HS as an individual delegate?
Yes, individuals can register for LIMUN:HS either as a single delegate or as part of a delegation.

How do I register for LIMUN:HS?
You can register for LIMUN:HS either as an individual delegate or as a group delegation (3+). You can apply on the Delegate Applications page

Is accommodation provided at LIMUN:HS?
LIMUN:HS does not provide accommodation for delegates, but there are several hotels and hostels in the surrounding area.

Is lunch provided at LIMUN:HS Edition IX?
The LIMUN:HS Edition IX Secretariat has made the decision to not offer lunch for participants this year. Therefore, it is requested that all delegates make lunch arrangements individually.

What happens if I register late?
Late registrations may be accepted if space allows, but you might not get your preferred committee or country. We recommend registering early to secure your spot. Committee preferences and country preferences are on a first-come first-served basis

Can I cancel my registration?
Refunds or transfers are not guaranteed and depend on the timing. If you think you might need to withdraw, please contact the Secretariat as soon as possible.

What time should I arrive?
We shall release our schedule closer to the date of the conference.

Is lunch provided?
No, delegates are expected to arrange their own meals. Luckily, there are plenty of affordable cafés and restaurants around Strand/Waterloo Campus.

Do I need to bring anything special?
Bring your research materials, notes, pens, and a notebook. A laptop or tablet can also be handy for drafting resolutions.
