  • Review the Procedure.

    This year we have changed our registration procedure, please make sure to familiarise yourself with the process before applying. There is a step by step guide below.

  • Submit your Application.

    Once you have reviewed the procedure, you are all set to apply. If you are a head delegate or faculty advisor you should register (only once) the details of your delegation. You will then receive a link to send to all of your team members.

  • Wait for the Outcome. Confirm by paying.

    After submitting your application, the Delegate Affairs Team will review it and will contact if any further details are required. If your application is then accepted, you will be prompted to complete payment. Only when everyone in your team has paid, we will send allocations to your faculty advisor.

What are the steps?

Team Delegations

If you are coming to LIMUN 2026 as a Team, start here.

Just one head of the delegation (a faculty advisor or a head delegate) should register the team, its name and details here. This person will automatically receive the registration link to share with their delegates, and other faculty advisors in order to register themselves individually.

When your delegates register individually, they will be asked for their delegation code, which will be included in the confirmation email you will receive after compiling this form.

We kindly ask you to invite all of your delegates to then register within 7 days so that we can process your applications more quickly.

Individual Delegates

If you are not coming as part of a team but on your own, you can skip the first step and register via this link below directly. You will receive confirmation of submission of your application via email from int-affairs@limun.org.uk. Please make sure to mark this email as safe.

After you submit your application.

After you submit your application, the Delegate Affairs Team will review it on the basis of your experiences, and to ensure you meet the age/education criteria required.

Once approved, you will automatically receive an email prompting you to complete payment (you can use PayPal or click on “Pay with Credit/Debit Card” for other options).

Team Delegations

If you are part of a team, we require everyone who has been accepted to complete payment before we can allocate the delegation.

Please note: if you have submitted multiple applications, or would like to withdraw from LIMUN, please email enquiries@limun.org.uk so that we can remove your application. This is essential if in a team, as it will prevent your teammates from receiving their allocations.

We have allocations rounds, meaning that every Sunday (Midday, UK Time) we check all teams and start allocating the ones whose ALL members have registered and paid in full. If a member registers later on, they will be appended to the delegation allocation list in the following round.

Allocations are then shared with the Faculty Advisor(s). They are then required to send back the file within 7 days with any internal reallocations. If we do not hear back, we will assume you are happy with our allocations.

We will also remind all delegates, closer to the conference of their allocation.

Individual Delegates

If you are an individual delegate, you will receive your allocations once payment has been completed. Please note that it may take up to two weeks to receive your allocations.

We do not offer reallocation at LIMUN, unless for very exceptional circumstances. Please explain your circumstances via email to int-affairs@limun.org.uk
