Meet the Secretariat

The LIMUN Foundation is a charity, and we rely on the talent and generosity of amazing student volunteers to deliver our two annual conferences.

In order to continue to deliver two conferences annually, we need the delegates of today to be sufficiently impacted by their experience so they too want to give back by volunteering in the future. Meet the 2027 Secretariat

  • Catalina Emilia Hepke, Secretary-General

    Catalina is a MSc Global Politics student at the London School of Economics and Political Science. Originally from Germany, she moved to London for her Bachelor in Business Administration and stayed ever since. Her Model UN journey started in university, where she participated first as delegate in conferences within the UK and beyond. After a year of delegating, she moved onto chairing and served as the Vice-President of the HultMUN Society, as well as Secretary-General for HultMUN 2024. Further, she has previously been on the Secretariat for LIMUN 2026, serving as the Under-Secretary-General for Internal Affairs.

    Outside of MUN, you can find her exploring London and the world with a coffee in her hand and music in her ears or training for her next race.

    She is hoping to make the 2027 edition of LIMUN a memorable experience for everyone participating!

  • Noor Leah Salman, Deputy Secretary-General

    Noor is a MA Conflict Resolution in Divided Societies student at King’s College London, where she also completed her undergraduate in BA (Hons) International Relations. Noor is from Lebanon and grew up in Doha, Qatar where she first got introduced to MUN. It was not until university when she found herself sacrificing her weekends to debate for fun in the name of MUN. She was the Conference Manager for her university’s United Nations Association 2024-2025, and served as USG Applications for University London MUN in 2024. She has delegated LIMUN twice before joining the Secretariat for LIMUN 2025-2026 where she served as Under-Secretary-General for Delegate Affairs! 

    Outside of MUN she is an avid Arsenal and F1 Williams fan! You would likely find her reading in the park or catching a West End play!
