  • Review the Procedure.

    This year we have changed our registration procedure, introducing new very own Delegate Portal! Please make sure to familiarise yourself with the process before applying. There is a step by step guide below.

  • Submit your Application.

    Once you have reviewed the procedure, you are all set to apply. If you are a Head Delegate or Faculty Advisor you should register (only once) the details of your delegation. You will then receive a link to send to all of your team members.

  • Wait for the Outcome. Confirm by paying.

    After submitting your application, the Delegate Affairs Team will review it and will contact if any further details are required. If your application is then accepted, you will be prompted to complete payment. Only when everyone in your team has paid, we will send allocations to your Faculty Advisor(s)/Head Delegate(s).

Group Delegations

If you are coming to LIMUN 2027 as a Team, start here.

As a Head Delegate or Faculty Advisor, register your society or University first. We'll email you a link straight away to share with your delegates, so they can apply and be assigned to your delegation.

  1. As soon as you register, we email you your delegation link. You then have one week to register all of your delegatesthrough it.

  2. The Delegate Affairs team review each delegate's application. Once a delegate is accepted they can pay.

  3. Your delegation is allocated committees together, once everyone in it has paid.

  4. After allocation, you have one week to review your allocations and swap committees between your delegates, then finalise them.

Individual Delegates

If you are not coming as part of a team but on your own, you can skip the first step and register directly. You will receive confirmation of submission of your application via email. Please make sure to mark this email as safe.

Delegate and Faculty Advisor Fees

Early Bird Delegate Fees — £60

Standard Delegate Fees — £65

Late Delegate Fees — £70

Prices are inclusive of all processing and payment fees.

Delegate fees do not include access to the Socials. Tickets for Socials such as the Ball will be released in Early 2027.

Faculty Advisor Fees — £50

We do not charge delegation handling fees.
